If you are a CAER client, you will also receive service communications and administrative emails from us as part of our contract delivery.

If you would like to access the data we hold for you, please contact us. Subject Access Requests are free of charge and the information requested will be made available to you within a maximum of one month.
CAER holds client data for the duration of a contract and for at least a minimum 7 years after the contract expires.
Our global partner Vigeo Eiris holds client data for the duration of a contract, and for a maximum of 7 years after the contract expires. All other data is held by Vigeo Eiris for a maximum of 7 years.
If you would like to rectify the data we hold for you, please contact our Personal Data Protection Officer at contact us. You will receive confirmation that your data has been rectified within a maximum of one month.
Data Erasure and Restriction
If you would like us to erase, restrict or suppress the data we hold for you, please contact us. You will receive confirmation that your data has been erased within a maximum of one month.
