The contents of the Site, including without limitation the text, images, and any materials accessed through or made available for use or download through this Site, are copyrighted and may not be copied, distributed, modified, reproduced, published or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of CAER. The single exception is that users may download content from the Site to any single computer for personal use only, provided all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices are kept intact and comply with any applicable end user license agreements. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).

This information is used solely by CAER to gauge visitor traffic and trends.

Email communications

By submitting your email address through our sign-up forms, you consent to receive the information requested, as well as allowing us to send you appropriate and useful communications. This includes but is not limited to invitations to our events, our latest news and publications, and promotional offers regarding our products and services. You can update your preferences at any time via the link in any of our emails.

If you are a CAER client, you will also receive service communications and administrative emails from us as part of our contract delivery.

 

Subject Access Requests

If you would like to access the data we hold for you, please contact us. Subject Access Requests are free of charge and the information requested will be made available to you within a maximum of one month.

 

Data Retention

CAER holds client data for the duration of a contract and for at least a minimum 7 years after the contract expires.

Our global partner Vigeo Eiris holds client data for the duration of a contract, and for a maximum of 7 years after the contract expires. All other data is held by Vigeo Eiris for a maximum of 7 years.

 

Data Rectification

If you would like to rectify the data we hold for you, please contact our Personal Data Protection Officer at contact us. You will receive confirmation that your data has been rectified within a maximum of one month.

 

Data Erasure and Restriction

If you would like us to erase, restrict or suppress the data we hold for you, please contact us. You will receive confirmation that your data has been erased within a maximum of one month.

 

The Right to Object

If you would like to object to our processing of your data, please contact us. You will receive confirmation that we have stopped processing your data within a maximum of one month.

 

Automated Decision Making & Profiling

CAER does not conduct automated decision making or profiling.

CAER reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or make use our website.
